How long does shipping take?
Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM in Kampala, next-day delivery for orders placed after 2 PM, and 2-7 days for other regions depending on location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Uganda. We're working on expanding to other East African countries soon.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Our delivery team will attempt delivery twice. If you're not available, we'll leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can change your delivery address up to 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time by contacting our customer service.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available for orders over UShs 50,000 in Kampala and surrounding areas. Standard shipping rates apply for other orders and locations.
